This deck is really fun, but I wouldn't expect it to win any tournaments due to some of its bad matchups into popular decks
For two mana you get to draw two cards, though you have to cough up two life in exchange
You can use Wheel of Fate to punish your opponents with cards like Sheoldred, the Apocalypse to damage them for each card they draw, or to turn it into a pure discard spell with the planeswalker Narset, Parter of Veils since she prevents your opponents from drawing more than one card each turn
Moreover, because of its weird type being Enchantment Land, there are even more nuanced interactions with cards like Blood Moon
If anything, the Exile zone could simply start to feel like a second graveyard
