It is slightly worse than Growth Spiral, since you can only play a land from the top four cards of your deck, rather than taking one directly from your hand and putting it into play, but still very good
Once again, this card looks primarily like an EDH build-around, but a great one at that
As a coveted tournament prize card which also happened to be an integral part of the metagame, the Treasure Cup Queen card understandably saw its value increase dramatically almost immediately after the first copies went up for sale
Case Study 2: You want to climb the Constructed ladder for this season (and for sure to clear quests and/or to gain XP), but you either don't have enough wildcards to complete the deck you want to play or its near rotation whereby spending wildcards might not be worth it
