The legendary artifact card that jumps to mind for me is of course Excalibur, which will circumvent that pesky high mana value, but there are a ton of sweet options you could put in the deck outside of Equipment

If it isn't the first time, you can turn one of your face-down permanents back up for free

It too easily allows for access to a large portion of ones deck, without having to guess how far you need to go, and leaves the mana up for casting the cards drawn right away
