The sky's the limit with Displacer Kitten, which says a lot when were talking about a 4-mana nonlegendary creature

Even though they arent the easiest to build around, Tezzeret, Artifice Master and Nicol Bolas, the Ravager look to be a step above the rest of the set and took my two top slots

It's quite mathy, but he goes into a great deal of detail and explains his rationale, while not ignoring the realities of the game (there are one-mana Cycling cards, cards that fetch lands, cards that tap to add mana which aren't lands, and more.)

It is flexible in that it can pivot from questing to challenging based on the board state, and it can take advantage of quite a few synergies to give you the upperhand
