I could actually seeing this card doing sort of okay in Ramp decks
While both Blade Splicer and Restoration Angel could show up in generic control or midrange decks, their main home is some sort of blink shell

These cost a lot of mana, but if they go off and nobody heroically intervenes to save their guys, I should be in a really good position
