They are the more generically proactive and also represent some of the best tempo options on offer

Another awesome card for radiation decks, the Scorchbeast gets the nod for first place since you can take advantage of the rad counter mill during the next players precombat main phase, hopefully generating at least one 2/2 Zombie Mutant token
