This is a beloved mechanic for good reason: it draws cards, incentivizes attacking, and adds a fun and simple mini-game to the larger game of Commander

Between greens great ramp auras and blues removal suite of auras, you have a solid basis of answers that will trigger Eutropia and get you rolling

This makes a solid bodyguard and a good board presence, especially if you can gain a lot of stolen cards

Loxi: This can really be a great enabler for card draw just based on mana per card standards, but I'm not super sold on actually using him with Villains either
