If you can get a copy of Unpredictable Cyclone on the battlefield and cycle Street Wraith, the results are anything but unpredictable: you'll end up with an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn (which you get to cast, giving you an extra turn!) 100% of the time

Just getting it to the second stage and exiling a card every turn is already pretty good for a 1-drop creature youre building up your own Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer

That's a game-ender waiting to happen, especially in decks like G'raha Tia, Scion Reborn, Isshin, Two Heavens As One, Baylen, the Haymaker, or any go-wide Commander shell looking for a top-end swing spell in disguise
