Divine Reckoning destroys every creature for four mana , but allows each player to choose a single survivor

Its pretty intuitive to pay a cheaper cost to get a little more than your manas worth later
It gives you whatever mana you need to cast a legendary creature, then lets you leverage the legends you have in play to fix your mana for other spells
As with most controversial MTG things, a Reddit search pulls up repeated complaints, but I think they boil down, most prominently, to the way the border of the frame morphed in this design
