It's a bit odd - but a cool way of implementing the feature
Assuming that I add a card to my inkwell every turn and that five-drops are superior to four-drops, I will never have a good chance to play that weaker four-drop, so its the perfect ink fodder
Dropping one damage counter on every opposing character can have huge ramifications, especially with so many viable combinations of cards that affect already damaged characters
