The problem is that in general, protection creatures are a little too low impact as sideboard cards, so its just a question of whether their other stats and abilities make them playable if the protections sometimes work, like Mirran and Phyrexian Crusader, and I think that leads to the cards being annoyingly swingy and causing non-games
Unfortunately, Rayquaza's incredible popularity also makes this card one of the rarest to find data for in any condition, and it's unlikely we will see an influx soon, as this card is typically graded rather than sold raw
Do remember that Crackly Toss is the deck's only way of getting Lightning Energy to Jolteon
It makes a bunch of tokens, and gives you the impetus to sac them

I think this is a fine commander, and probably a decent pick in Draft depending on what relevant dragons are in the set, but I just dont think thats enough for me
