You could probably beat some mono-white pile with Sanctifier since none of their other cards matter, but the fact it just shows up as the cherry on top of one of the best decks in the format that already presents a ton of other issues and can freely recast Sanctifier off Lurrus of the Dream-Den is a bit too much to handle
I find that cards like this tend to perform better in constructed, where you can have a really sweet manabase, than in cube, where as an aggro deck you have to cobble together a bunch of mismatched duals and pray it all works
Kinnans ability also allows players to avoid counterspells when dropping big creatures on the battlefield, which is a major benefit in a multiplayer format where it is likely that at least one player will have a counter on hand
Whenever one of these cards enters the battlefield, players put The Ring emblem into play and assign a creature to be their Ring-bearer
