Dragonhawk, Fate's Tempest Dragonhawk, Fate's Tempest needs to be in a creature-centric deck to do real work, but it does so much if you have enough 4-power creatures (which is a lovely call back to the ferocious mechanic from this creatures plane of origin)
This card has a lot going on for an option that only costs three ink, starting with a Shift option that can be deployed if an action card is discarded

If I was building Izzet Lessons with an infinite budget rather than on a zero rare / $30 budget, the non-land cards in the deck would look almost exactly the same, but the one place the deck would get a massive upgrade if budget wasn't a concern is the manabase, which is currently one tapped dual land and a bunch of basics
You can activate one of Ral, Leyline Prodigy's loyalty abilities the turn he enters the battlefield
This card also has a nice activated ability for myr typal decks, but I think it still works well even if you dont plan to use its second ability
