If you dont sleeve all of your aspect cards at all times (we dont!), you can get away with far fewer sleeves, and the bare minimum you can go with is 2 boxes of 100 sleeves, which is enough to sleeve 2-3 (possibly 4, depending on the size of the encounter deck) hero decks and an encounter deck with some change
But if someone builds their deck to do that intentionally, that's the no-no

I only got back into collecting a few months ago and never even knew that card existed until today, but even if I had known about it when it first came out, I probably wouldnt have spent the money back then
It could also be notable that the card type is "Artifact", as this was before they started dividing artifacts into Mono, Poly and Continous (Chaos Orb is of course printed as Mono Artifact)
