Since taking all your prize cards is one of the ways to win a Pokemon TCG game, hindering that can be quite useful
-If someone bought the packs and then tried resealing packs and returning them, I think that they would have replaced more cards than just 3 Most likely Im assuming they would take all Ultra rares/secret rare type of thing and if they wanted to do a decent job they probably would have resealed the packs with real cards
