This still has an exceptionally narrow use, even if this is the version that seems most fixed. Even in Draft, which is about the only place where you could play the Boar, this meant the creature got through unblocked, was blocked by some big creature that would kill it, or was chumped by something tiny
Until end of turn, you may cast nonland cards from among those exiled cards, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells
This card is high on the fun scale, especially if the instant or sorcery cards that are exiled represent a vast difference in power and game effect
One nice thing is that, for the most part, you won't be penalized for a bad roll
