Having a Healer's Hawk-like creature is good, and you can use it to convoke, attack in the air, gain life, and sometimes scry 1
In game 1 I drop a turn 2 Fluctuator, wait a few turns to play around Orims Chant or Abeyance (Raph suspiciously keeping white mana open and not making any plays) but eventually go for it
Another valid reason folks would use proxies in place of original mtg cards is for playtesting
And it will provide a player with more options for using it
If you build it, build it to the nines, with the intent of being archenemy, because you almost always will be
