While it doesnt give you complete control over every detail of the game, the app does a solid job of simplifying the process so that anyone can host events and lead up to 8 players with very little fuss
In the film Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions , an exclusive form of Summoning known as Dimension Summoning is featured, which allows players to Summon a monster with ATK or DEF lowered from their original values, and receive damage equal to those when the monster is destroyed instead of normal battle damage
Toggo just gives them to you for every land drop, so you don't need to be a dedicated landfall deck, but slipping in some artifact or permanent sacrifice payoffs is a really good idea
Liepard V Ability: Hidden Claw Once during your turn when you play this Pokmon from your hand onto your bench, you may discard 1 Pokmon Tool card attached to any Pokmon in play (yours or your opponents)
Note that I am using the descriptor of "card flow" for Red rather than "card draw" since this color doesn't just draw cards in mass, like blue's Concentrate or black's Ancient Craving
