I got a game in with it on Tabletop Simulator, but over half of the cards I happened to draw were lands and the others weren't particularly helpful

As long as you have a Mountain (which you should), all creatures you control have Haste, letting you quickly put out damage from creatures played from your hand

XX for an X/X creature is on the weak side, so that meant there was some room to add something cool

In the Tinker / Welder builds I am very happy to have this as it is serving many more roles than just card quality
