Tutor for an equipment, finding one that grants hexproof is often one I reach for
While this seems nice, it has limited viabilty due to the pain of evolving it (from a Fossil, duh) and the high Energy requirement (the blocking of attacks only works after it uses the move)
It gives you buyer protection if something goes wrong, unlike Friends and Family transfers which leave you with no recourse
