This is not to say that AM2R is a BAD or WRONG game or that it shouldnt have been made, its just that it had more of a reason for Nintendo to go after it than any fan-made cards you made at least as long as it doesnt look likeor could be mistaken foran official card, doesnt use official art assets, and doesnt resemble existing or future products
