ROTA is used to put a Stratos or Vyon into your hand (or a Shadow Mist / Liquid if you already have Stratos or Vyon), and FB is used to put Shadow Mist or Malicious into your graveyard (both cards are also great Ash bait)
Like most Magic: The Gathering cards, the value of The Mindskinner depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Duskmourn: House of Horror Promos)
It was and probably still is the best six mana mass removal spell on offer
This also means that this new ability has a lot more hidden complexity than initially expected, as evidenced by basically everything else Ive said today
What if your opponent has more removal they can cast in response, though
During your Main Phase: You can add up to 2 face-up Pendulum Monsters from your Extra Deck to your hand, with Levels between the Pendulum Scales of the 2 cards in your Pendulum Zones, also for the rest of this turn, until you Pendulum Summon, you cannot activate monster effects, and the effects of any cards in your Pendulum Zones are negated
