Hows that for one-shotting an opponent with commander damage

How do you determine the power level of a Commander deck

It's only showing up in about 1 in 20 games on ladder and has not had good results in any recent tournaments either

Ramp up mana, curve out on vehicles, and get enough bodies on the field to fill those vehicles with dinosaurs, insects, and plants

These are difficult to find, being in 1 in every 72 packs, and have special, alternate art illustrations compared to the card they share a name with
