While I'm expecting to see this card used in a lot of different decks, one commander that I'm really interested in seeing it with is Veyran, Voice of Duality

Borderless or Frameless Magic The Gathering cards are playable in official tournaments

With a value that dwarfs the sales netted by other cards in the Enchanted line, Elsa appears to be riding high on the attraction of the art and character alone

This is mostly just a 5-mana 4/4 flyer in Limited, though you'll occasionally be able to use Ultima's blight counters to nerf opposing lands or ramp your mana

This may be another wink at the cEDH community, but I'm also rewarding the originality of this design and how it entangles with the set's mechanic
