This Rise of the Floodborn card is a must for all sapphire ink decks

Its a modal Rakdos instant that can turn the tides of the game in your favor

Note that there's no timing or per turn limit on the sacrifice ability, so you can make tons of counters, but you only get one Food per combat

If you are going higher, though, Sphinx of Clear Skies is a pretty solid payoff
