At the start of every turn, players place all cards back in the ready position, set any played characters (which are moved to a different row) back with the items and other characters, and then draw the top card from the deck to add to your hand (the player going first does not do this part on the first turn)

Kefka is a little difficult to enable at three colors, but if you get it early enough you can build towards it
