I can definitely understand people not putting Yawgmoth, Thran Physician in their top five list as its only played in one deck, which isnt a dominant player in the metagame either, but the card makes the archetype and there arent too many good mono-black creatures in Modern right now
Of course, youll be able to get normal versions of the card for significantly less (currently around $30 for the cheapest versions), but when you see this at the back of the pack youll give out a cheer (or at least have a small smile)
