While we're not yet sure if it'll be a flash in the pan, or remain a top contender, Jeskai Oculus looks like a wicked deck, able to pull off some really big turns out of nowhere

Of course, this is made easier by the fact that each deck contains a Sol Ring (#1 card in Commander) and a Commander's Sphere (#3 card in Commander), but Open Hostility gets both Skullclamp and Lightning Greaves, which rank in the top 20 cards in Commander

This may have a smaller power, but is clearly the better card

These Locations will allow glimmers to be assigned to them to get extra buffs and lore, and they can be challenged and attacked by opponents just as a character card could be
