All three effects are also brilliant on their own and would make the card worth playing if just one of them was printed on a card, but all three combined make it utterly invaluable

It seems unfair to judge them on the same rubric as playable cards

Copying Rowans ability or whatever else the enchanted planeswalker has is going to be good, since its doubling up for no cost
